On 9/11/01 i remember being in the 2nd grade and the school had the news on. Everyone was scared because teachers were crying and i remember hearing people saying were under attack and all this other stuff. I also remember the whole school had to go out front and we all had to sing the national anthem while they lowered the flag.
ReplyDeleteI was in 2nd or 3rd grade i really can't remember but we were having show and tell when are teacher told us that the twin towers had fallen she turned on the tv and what i saw was shocking i did not know what to say all I know is I really felt bad of what happend that day. My parents came after they heard what happend in New York and took me home.
ReplyDeleteI was in 2nd grade and in Mrs.Elders class.When the teacher told me what was going on, i didnt really understand wahat was happening. It wasnt till I got home that night that my dad was able to explain it to me. It was a day of confusion all through americia.
ReplyDeleteI remember sitting my 2nd grade class, and the teacher turned on the T.v and let us watch what was happening. then she told us what was going on b/c none of us understood it.
ReplyDeletewell i remember that i was in third grade and all the teachers crying...i htought it was nothing big till i relized how big the situation was. i went home after school and watched the horrble situation replay over and over again.
ReplyDeleteDuring the 9/11 attack I was in 2nd grade and my teacher was mrs. Stager and when we found out she turned the news on right away and all of the student sat in silence and watched the telivision in disbelief.

ReplyDeleteWhenever i found out about the 9/11 attack i was in second grade Miss. Stevers class. my teacher turned on the tv for us and we watched the world trade centers on tv. My mom worked at the school so that day she got me out early because being as young as i was i remember being scared.
ReplyDeleteAll i remember is all the teachers talking and when i got home the tv was on the news. my grandma wouldnt let me change the channel and she was all worked up and i was so confused
ReplyDeleteI was in Mrs. Yoders 2nd grade classe. Everyone was crying and i was confused. What was going on, i could not comprehend, i run to the back of the room and as my bestfriend Richard why everyone was crying and he said, we were bombed. I later found out that some of our planes were highjacked and flown into some very inportant buildings. Such as the world trade centers, and the pentagon. Flight 93, the plane headed for the white house was forced to go down when the citizens almost took it over from the terrorists.

ReplyDeletei remember the 911 attack it started out a normal day in elementry school every bouty was just doing their thing and mrs. habeker was whatching the news and looking all upset it was a verrry devistating day and all the teachers gathered in the hallway for a wile talking about the situation
ReplyDeletewhen the 9/11 attacks happened i was in 2nd grade sitting in class.everyone was watching it and talking about it. we were young so we were all scared and worried. we watched the updates on tv in every class and we didnt really focus on anything else.
ReplyDeleteon the day of 9/11 i remember the teachers made everyone sit down in their desks and watch the news. and i remember everybody was in shock about what was happening.

ReplyDeleteit was like yesterday and everyone was frightened and the teachers were all teary and the all powowed in the hallway and the kids were all just doing their thingplaying with blocks and sleepin and the news was on
ReplyDeletewhat I remember about 9/11, i can recall getting off the bus and my mom wasnt at the porch like she usally was. I walked in the house and my family was huddeled around the tv. After that i remeber I saw very many people runni ng on te tv.
ReplyDeleteI was in second grade when this all happened in Virginia Beach tell you the truth I didn’t even know what happened until I got home but however I do remember that I saw fighter jets going over my school. My dad was in the navy at the time and he was scheduled to come home a week after that date until the first plane hit then he had to stay out three months longer until they could get another ship deployed and go out there.
