McGwire Admits to Steroid Use
This week Mark McGwire was the latest former major league star to admit to using steroids during his time in the Majors.
Read this article, in which former major leaguer Doug Glanville tells what it was like to play against Mark McGwire, and what he thinks about his admission of steroid use.
Does this admission change your opinion of McGwire? Have all the admissions of steroid use in baseball changed your opinion of the sport? Does McGwire (or any other admitted steroid user) deserve a place in the baseball Hall of Fame or should they be banned? Share your opinion in the comment section.

I think that McGuire does not deserve a place in the hall of fame because in my mind players that use steroids aren't a true player in my eyes. He should be banned because he shouldn’t have been using steroids in the first place.
ReplyDeleteThis admission does change my opinion on McGuire because there are baseball players that are just as good as him and don't use steriods so i dont think it is right for him to use them. In my opinion it is cheating. Certain baseball players decisions to use steriods doesn't change my opinion on the sport because it was their decision and the only thing anyone else can do that has to do with the sport is try to stop them from doing it. I don't think that they deserve to be in the hall of fame when they used the steriods but if they stop using them and can prove that then whatever they do after they use them can determine if they are in it or not.
