4/23/10 - The New Benjamin


On Wednesday the Treasury Department unveiled a newly designed $100 bill.   Check out this interactive site about the new bill and answer these questions in the comments:

  1. 1)When the bill is moved, the inkwell changes color from copper to green and the Liberty Bell will appear.
    2)Yes i do like it just because it is something different and looks neat.

  2. I like it but I don't understand why they are watsing time and money on it, i mean its just a piece of paper. Don't they have anything else better do to like figure out helth care or get the US out of deit? I also think they should keep the oringal look of money, it means more.

  3. It has a 3-D security ribbon, bell in the inkwell, portrait watermark, security thread,and color-shifting 100. Yes, i like it because it gives new features and it is a new change and looks better.

  4. 3D Security Ribbon, Bell in the inkwell, Portrait Watermark< Security Thread, Color-Shifting 100. I really like this< they have redesigned alot of the bills resently and I'm glad they did this with the benjemen.

  5. i like the design but i think going through all this trouble and time and money for some 3D Security Ribbon, Bell in the inkwell, Portrait Watermark, Security Thread, Color-Shifting 100. its a stupid idea
