1)When the bill is moved, the inkwell changes color from copper to green and the Liberty Bell will appear.

I like it but I don't understand why they are watsing time and money on it, i mean its just a piece of paper. Don't they have anything else better do to like figure out helth care or get the US out of deit? I also think they should keep the oringal look of money, it means more.
